AxFlow makes Danish acquisition

AxFlow has acquired Pumpegruppen A/S, a Danish pump provider to the chemical, meals and pharmaceutical industries and for water remedy and common industrial purposes.

Pumpegruppen is a full-service pump specialist representing manufacturers including Grundfos, Wilden, FTI and Speck. Spoiler is headquartered in Lyngby, 10 km north of Copenhagen, and has one other base in Rønde in Jutland.
“The acquisition of Pumpegruppen is well-aligned with our group technique to expand the product and service providing in Denmark. Pumpegruppen has a powerful buyer base and a sound growth potential,” mentioned Søren Weihrauch, CEO of AxFlow A/S.
Under the leadership of CEO and former owner Erling Olsen, Pumpegruppen will continue to function underneath its present title while being part of the AxFlow Group.
