Svanehøj to offer pumps for 15 LNG dual-fuel container vessels

Danish marine pump specialist Svanehøj has received an order from China’s Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding to supply gas pump methods for 15 new build dual-fuel LNG container vessels (7000 TEU).

The 30 deepwell gasoline pumps will be delivered between August 2022 and January 2024.
This is considered one of Svanehøj’s largest LNG fuel-related orders so far. It is also the second LNG fuel pump systems order that Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding has positioned with Svanehøj in the final yr. In July 2021, Svanehøj signed a contract to offer deepwell pumps for 10 dual-fuel LNG container vessels (15 000 TEU).
Svanehøj quadrupled gross sales of its patented deepwell gasoline pumps in 2021, and says there are lots of indications that gross sales may increase even further in 2022.
